Training: an integral element of risk safety and security

In order to ensure the highest quality at all times, Meridian has a dedicated Fleet Training Manager who not only plans and conducts onboard training in safety and security but also identifies operational training requirements and, in liaison with the crew managers, arranges appropriate training.

Our Fleet Training Manager has MCA (Marine and Coastguard Agency) authorisation to provide a range of training programmes and to issue appropriate certification. This includes:
